Brocar primarily performs sheet metal fabrication and prototype development. Brocar has a partnership, including capital equipment, with JP Prototypes. The prototyping at JP is primarily related to plastic items and their primary business is contract molding services.
Brocar’s manufacturing process team includes 3 outside engineers, the personnel in house and JP Prototypes. Brocar is experienced with rotational molding, blow molding, vacuum forming, and injection molding. Brocar has multi-access CNC machining equipment for relatively quick construction of simple molds with a limited tool action and also relatively shallow part height and a solid, ongoing relationship with 2 offshore tooling suppliers for Larger, more complicated molds.
